CHICKEN SALAD
- shredded chicken
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Chopped apple
- chopped celery
- Chopped lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS:
- Mix everything in a container.
- Add the crackers of your choice

ELBOWS WITH TUNA
- elbow pasta
- ½ lace of yellow corn grain
- ½ cup of cooked peas
- ½ cup cooked broccoli
- ½ cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup of tuna in water, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS:
- Cook the elbow pasta
- In a bowl mix the cooked elbows with corn, peas, broccoli, cucumber, and tuna.
- Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and season to taste
MINI PIZZA
- Pumpkin
- Ketchup
- Mozzarella cheese or your choice
- Ham
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- pepper to taste
STEPS:
- Wash and dry the pumpkins well. cut them into rounds
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and add our pumpkins on both sides (take care that they are not too soft).
- We add tomato sauce, cheese, and ham to our pumpkins.
- Bake in a mini oven or microwave.
- Add oregano and pepper
