The ketogenic (keto) diet is all the rage these days. What started as a high-fat, low-carb dietary approach to seizure control has become one of the ways to lose weight—and lose it fast. But, with so few carbohydrates and so much fat allowed in the diet (about 5 to 10 percent of your calories will come from carbohydrates and about 70 percent from fat), this eating plan can be difficult to follow, especially in Halloween, when sweets and desserts are hard to avoid. So how can you stick to a low-carb diet while enjoying the food-centric holidays, including Halloween? Here are some recipes for you!
