Eggnog jelly with cajeta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups eggnog
- 2 cups of milk
- 9 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 cup of cajeta
Steps :
- In a pot, mix the eggnog with 1 cup of milk over medium heat until it boils.
- We remove from the fire and empty 3 tablespoons of gelatin powder in 1 cup of this mixture, stir and let stand 5 minutes.
- Microwave for 15 seconds and combine. Repeat this step until all the gelatin is mixed with the mixture.
- In a mold, add the eggnog mixture and leave it in the refrigerator until it sets.
- In a pot, mix the cajeta with 1 cup of milk until it boils, remove from the heat.
- We empty the rest of the gelatin into 1 cup of this mixture, combine and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Microwave for 15 seconds and combine. Repeat this step until all the gelatin is mixed with the mixture.
- Pour into the mold and let it set.

M&M’S COOKIES
- 60 grams of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 120 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup of M&M’s
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy consistency. Add the egg and beat again.
- We begin to incorporate the flour little by little into our mixture until we obtain a dough
- We add the essential vanilla and the M&M’s
- With the help of a spoon, make small balls and place them in one on a tray with baking or waxed paper.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove and let cool
