Easy “back to school” recipes

Your child's nutrition is very important for their development, we leave you these recipes for your children's lunch on this return to school.

For an adequate diet, you must include portions of fruit and/or vegetables, cereals and proteins. Never forget to include fluids so they stay hydrated.

CHICKEN SALAD

  • shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Chopped apple
  • chopped celery
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS:

  • Mix everything in a container.

ELBOWS WITH TUNA

  • elbow pasta
  • ½ lace of yellow corn grain
  • ½ cup of cooked peas
  • ½ cup cooked broccoli
  • ½ cup sliced ​​cucumber
  • 1 cup of tuna in water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS:

  • Cook the elbow pasta
  • In a bowl mix the cooked elbows with corn, peas, broccoli, cucumber, and tuna.
  • Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and season to taste

MINI PIZZA

  • Pumpkin
  • Ketchup
  • Mozzarella cheese or your choice
  • Ham
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • pepper to taste

STEPS:

  • Wash and dry the pumpkins well. cut them into rounds
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil and add our pumpkins on both sides (take care that they are not too soft).
  • We add tomato sauce, cheese, and ham to our pumpkins.
  • Bake in a mini oven or microwave.
  • Add oregano and pepper
